Cassidy Riedel |
Coach Cassidy grew up in the Huntley area and began swimming competitively at just eight years old. She quickly fell in love with the sport and continued swimming for the next decade, finishing her competitive career at 18. A proud Huntley High School alum from the Class of 2020, Cassidy transitioned into teaching swim lessons after graduation, discovering a new way to stay connected to the water. Missing the excitement of competition and the camaraderie of a team, she is thrilled to be back on deck and eager to continue learning about the sport from a coaching perspective. Cassidy is excited to share her experience and passion with the team and can’t wait to get to know you and your swimmers. Outside the pool, Cassidy is an avid cat lover and spends most of her downtime with her 11-year-old calico, Izzy. She enjoys cozy movie and anime nights, and you can often find her playing video games, reading, or listening to music. |
