******IMPORTANT*******

Hosting a swim meet is no small task.  It actually requires 50 parents volunteers per session to make sure everything runs smoothly.  This is why we need your help.  Below is a brief description of the Volunteer Requirements for all families at home meets.

Fundraising & Volunteering are important aspects of supporting Barrington Swim Club. As part of your commitment to Barrington Swim Club, ALL families are expected to:

  1. Volunteer for both Away and Home Meets
  • A session is defined as a single 5-hour shift at an away or home meet, or any other BSC sponsored event requiring volunteers.
  • Credit for volunteer hours will be awarded only for actual time worked (ie: If you sign up and the host team doesn?t need you you won't receive credit for the session.).

PLEASE NOTE: FAILURE TO MEET VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS WILL RESULT IN A MONETARY FINE AS DESCRIBED IN THE "FINES & FEES" SECTION OF THESE VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS.
