BSC Regional Swimmers Kick Off Championship Season!!
Congratulations to the 44 BSC Swimmers that raced at the ISI Regional Champs this weekend. The BSC girls grabbed 2nd Place overall!! We had a great meet with 70% Best Times, 14 New Championship Qualifying Times, and 62 Top 8 Finishes!

Everyone did a great Job racing. I am so proud of how our team swam hard on the back half of their swims. It is very exciting to see BSC Swimmers pulling away from the pack on the finish!
We still need to work on the technical aspect of our turns. Acceleration into and out of turns is a critical aspect of developing good turns. We should concentrate on swimming hard into the wall, execute a proper turn, jump off the wall, streamline, and maintain that streamline through the first breakout stroke.
