Explosiveness---The Key to a Great Swim

Mary T. is without question the most disciplined and dominant Butterfly swimmer in the pre-"super suit" era. She held both the 100 and 200m Fly records for nearly 20 years. Watch the explosiveness and consistent rythym and technique on the back half of the swim. BSC Teammates can learn alot from watching this swim, listening to their coaches, and working hard at having the same type of explosiveness on the back half!!
