Mustang Classic Donation Sign Up
Hello BSC Families!I am Jennifer Gersten, the current concession chair for the Barrington Swim Club. With the Mustang Classic right around the corner, I wanted to check in with everyone on behalf of the “Giddy Up”Café concessions!! For those families who are new to BSC, we do ask that every family donate at least one food related item for each of our home meets this year; The Mustang Classic, Nov. 16th-18th, the Winter Classic, Jan. 25th-27th, and BSC is hosting Illinois Swimming Regionals, Feb 22nd-24th.
Please follow the link to www.VolunteerSpot.com to make your donation choice. You do have to enter your email to make a donation. Just find the activity “BSC Giddy Up Café Donation” and make to make your donation choice. And, please remember that most of these items need to be bought in BULK (Costco, Sam’s Club, GFS) unless otherwise noted. And, for most of the drink items, because of a contract Barrington High School has with Pepsi Co., we are required to sell only PEPSI products in the café. That means, Aquafina brand water, Gatorade brand sports drink, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, and Sierra Mist.
I will be letting you know closer to the meet when and where you can drop off your items.
