BSC Brings Home the Gold on the Final Night of Age Group Champs
On the Final night of the ISI Age Group Championships BSC again proved we are a good team getting better each day! The Team finished 5th Overall in a very tight battle with FOX with less than 30 points separating the two teams over the 4 days.
For the 10 And Unders
The 200Free Relay of Emma Pritchett, Addy Reader, Lily Reader, and Charlotte Lucas swam to a 6th Place Finish. The Boys' Relay of Foster Swanson, Dan Langlois, Charlie Farmer, and Griffin O'Leary came in 8th Place. The Individual 200Free Emma Pritchett scored a 13th Place, Dan Langlois 12th, and Foster Swanson 13th. In the 50Breast Addy Reader dropped almost 2 seconds to place 11th, Foster Swanson improved a full second placing 16th. In the Final Event of the 10 and Under meet Emma Pritchet swam to a Podium Finish 5th place. Griffin O'Leary swam to a 15th Place Finish.
For the 11-14 Year Olds
In the 200Back Val Tarazi placed 9th. Colin O'Leary garnered another Team Record placing 2nd, and Mitch Gavars swam to 8th place.The 200IM saw Ally Penrod grab 6th Place, and Izzie Parenti swam to 12th. Maggie Emary placed 5th in the 400Free, Colin O'Leary 7th, Riley Lehmann 11th, and Mitch Gavars 13th paced BSC with the most Boys in the 400Free Top 16. Ally Penrod swam to 11th in the 50 Breast. In the 100Breast Max Gersten placed 16th and Will Hobbs placed 8th. The 50 Free saw BSC Teammates Bridget O'Leary swim to 7th Place, Val Tarazi was 10th,
Will Hobbs brought home an Individual Championship in Team Record Fashion in the 50Free
The 400Free Relays saw the 11-12 Girls Relay of Ally Penrod, Gracie Roper, Izzie Parenti, and Bridget O'Leary not only set a New Team Record but WON the Event in dramatic Fashion!
The 13-14 Boys Free Relay of Colin O'Leary, John Lagoni, Andrew Fish, and Will Hobbs Closed out the Meet for BSC by Setting a New Team Record and placing 2nd!
What a Great Job Team! The Coaches are Really Proud of how well everyone swam and showed Awesome Sportsmanship!
