BSC 4^th Place after Day 2 of Age Group Champs

Day 2 of the Illinois Swimming Age Group Championships was another banner day for BSC Teammates. In the 10 and Under Session Jenny Tokarz Set New Team Records in the 100Fly and 200IM Winning the 100Fly and Placing Second in the 200IM. Teammate Addisyn Donfris added a Best Time 200IM and a 6^th Place 100Fly. Lilly Reader added 3 Best Times in the 100Fly, 200IM and 50Free—placing 12^th. On the Boys side Griffin O'Leary swam to a 3^rd Place in the 100Fly. Teammate Dan Langlois swam to a second place and New Team Record in the 200IM and a Second Place in the 100Breast.

Bridget O'Leary swam to a New Team Record and 2^nd Place in the 200Free. 11-12 Boy Jack Hoppe swam to an impressive 4th place in the 200Free. Ally Penrod hit the Podium in the 200Breast in 6^th Place. Alex Le swam to a 6^th place in the 11-12 Boys 100Breast. Maggie Emary swam to a 5^th place and New Team Record in the 400IM with Teammate Val Tarazi placing 8^th. In the 200Free Val Tarazi swam to 8^th Place. Mitch Gavars continued his great meet with a podium in the 400IM and a 10^th Place 200Free.

In the Final Event of the evening the 800Free Relay the team of Maggie Emary, Izzie Parenti, Emma Graves, and Val Tarazi Set a New Team Record placing 3^rd!

BSC Is Currently in 4^th Place Overall
